The CBSystem is a community-driven strength training program designed to help people move better, get stronger, and stay consistent.
Classes incorporate dynamic, athletic movements and progressive programming that build strength, mobility, and long-term fitness. But the CBSystem is more than just a workout. It’s a system built around consistency and support.
The difference isn’t the workout. It’s the system.
Members receive structured programming both inside and outside of class through our training app, along with training and nutrition resources designed to support progress between workouts.
Drop-in classes are a great way to experience the training environment, but membership provides the structure, accountability, and support that help people see real results.
